Where do charters leave from?
All charters depart from [MARINA NAME AND ADDRESS], Clearwater. Your confirmation includes parking details and a map pin.
What happens if the weather turns?
Your captain watches the forecast and will call you the day before if conditions look unsafe. Weather cancellations are rescheduled or refunded in full [confirm policy].
Do I need a fishing license?
No. Everyone fishing aboard is covered by our charter license [confirm].
How do waivers work?
After you book, every guest gets a link to sign their waiver on their phone. The captain can see who has signed before departure, so there is no paperwork at the dock.
Can kids come along?
Yes. Children are welcome on every fishing, sunset and island trip, and we carry child-size life jackets [confirm sizes]. Scuba charters require certified divers.
